IMPORTANT Christmas HOLIDAY 2025 TIMESHEET/PAYMENT DEADLINES
Christmas Bank Holiday is fast approaching which means there will be shorter deadlines within the payroll department at PIER. Please find listed our cut off times for timesheets and payment days and when you can expect funds to reach your bank account.
Week Ending 21.12.2025
Timesheets need to reach the office by Thursday 18th / Friday 19th December 2025 in order to be processed. Payroll closes at 9am on Monday 22nd December 2025. Payment will reach bank accounts on Wednesday 24th December 2025.
Please note any timesheet that are received after 9am on 22nd December will not be paid until the new year.
Week Ending 29.12.2025
Timesheets need to reach the office by Monday 5 th January 2026 in order to be processed. Payroll closes at 10am Tuesday 6 th January 2026. Payment will reach bank accounts on Friday 9 th January 2026.
FUNDS WILL CLEAR BY 5:30PM ON THE DESIGNATED PAYMENT DATE –
THE TIME OF RECEIPT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE BANK/BUILDING SOCIETY THE CONTRACTOR USES.
