Real-Time Audit Trails: We use SafeRec to monitor umbrella compliance and validate payslips in real time, ensuring the correct PAYE/NIC calculations.
Worker Transparency: Every worker receives a Key Information Document (KID) detailing their pay and deductions upfront.
