We are seeking an experienced and capable Project / Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of complex M&E and commissioning projects across Europe and the UK. The role is site-facing with a strong emphasis on project performance, operational control, and client relationship management.
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of how mission-critical projects are run in practice, with preference for those who have worked in Irish or European project environments
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead multiple construction projects from mobilisation through to commissioning, handover, and commercial closeout.
•
Manage P&L across all assigned projects, reporting monthly KPIs to the Directors.
•
Maintain strong client relationships, attend site and commercial meetings, and ensure client satisfaction across delivery.
•
Prepare and execute business development plans to expand operations in the region.
•
Coordinate resources, subcontractors, procurement, and schedules across multiple sites.
•
Travel regularly to site locations across the UK and Europe.
•
Drive high standards in safety, quality, commissioning, and project controls.
Candidate Requirements
•
5+ years of experience managing Data Centre or large-scale M&E projects, ideally with a commissioning focus.
•
Either an engineering degree or a qualified trade background with significant project management experience.
•
Demonstrated commercial accountability, leadership, and ability to work independently.
•
Comfortable working in live, high-pressure environments and representing the business to clients.
Eligible to work in the EU and available to travel as needed.
•
Candidates with experience in Irish-led GC’s delivered projects or with knowledge of regional delivery standards will be at an advantage (preferred, not required).
