Project Manager (MEP)

Carmarthen (willing to travel to sites west / north wales)

Job Brief

Our client is looking to recruit a strong project manager, with and electrical / mechanical background that has previously worked in the building services or energy industry. As a Project manager you will take ownership of all the works, and be involved in low carbon / de-carbonisation projects progressing to full energy solutions, within energy efficiency upgrade projects.

You will have strong mechanical or electrical background, and have experience in on public sector or complex building services projects
Oversee Sub-Contractor performance on sites, and project co-ordination
Be able to manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the team being able to communicate progress
Willing to travel to sites in and around West Wales / North Wales as required

Have experience of working on energy projects / healthcare / decarbonization / energy centres would be a strong advantage
