Cut off times for timesheets and payment days
Christmas is fast approaching which means there will be shorter deadlines within the payroll department at P.I.E.R Ltd. Please find listed our cut off times for timesheets and payment days and when you can expect funds to reach your bank account.
For work completed week ending 19.12.2021
Timesheets need to reach the office by 9 am on Friday 17th December 2021 in order to be processed. Funds will reach bank accounts on Friday 24th December 2021.
For work completed week ending 26.12.2021
Timesheets need to reach the office by 9 am on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 in order to be processed. We cannot accept timesheets after this time. Funds will reach bank accounts on Friday 31st December 2021.
For work completed week ending 02.01.2022
Timesheets need to be with us no later than 10 am on Tuesday 4th January 2022 to be processed. Funds will reach bank accounts on Friday 7th January 2022.
P.I.E.R Ltd will be closed from 24.12.2021 and reopen on the 04.01.2022.
We’re back to normal after that!
FUNDS WILL CLEAR BY 5:30 PM ON THE DESIGNATED PAYMENT DATE – THE TIME OF RECEIPT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE BANK/BUILDING SOCIETY CONTRACTORS USE.
Please ensure Timesheets are sent to P.I.E.R via the following way:

|Post to:||P.I.E.R Ltd, The Business Centre, Cardiff House, Cardiff Road, CF63 2AW (don’t forget the delays that tend to happen during the Christmas Period)|
|Bring in:||Bring your timesheets to the office or post through the door clearly printing P.I.E.R CONSULTING LTD on the envelope|
