Accredited Payroll Only: All of our partner umbrella companies are FCSA or SafeRec-accredited and undergo monthly compliance audits.
Real-Time Audit Trails: We use SafeRec to monitor umbrella compliance and validate payslips in real time, ensuring the correct PAYE/NIC calculations.
Worker Transparency: Every worker receives a Key Information Document (KID) detailing their pay and deductions upfront.
Audit Readiness: Full, traceable records are kept for every worker to make sure we are ready for on-site enforcement inspections at any time.
