Responsible Recruitment & Compliance Promise

To protect our workers and clients, we follow strict compliance standards that are in line with the Joint & Several Liability (JSL) legislations (April 2026). Our commitment to responsible recruitment promises:

No “Connected” Umbrellas: None of the umbrella companies we work with have financial ties to our agency. Our clients will never be seen as a “Relevant Person” and as such, liable for unpaid taxes.
Accredited Payroll Only: All of our partner umbrella companies are FCSA or SafeRec-accredited and undergo monthly compliance audits.
Real-Time Audit Trails: We use SafeRec to monitor umbrella compliance and validate payslips in real time, ensuring the correct PAYE/NIC calculations.
Worker Transparency: Every worker receives a Key Information Document (KID) detailing their pay and deductions upfront.
Audit Readiness: Full, traceable records are kept for every worker to make sure we are ready for on-site enforcement inspections at any time.
